Holly Ridge Middle School Principal, Kenneth Proulx, has been named Senior Director in Organization Development and Support for Wake County Schools.

The move was announced at a Board of Education meeting on June 17.

WCPSS Area Superintendent, Lloyd Gardner, will be at Holly Ridge Middle on Wednesday, July 9 at 6:30 p.m. to meet with parents about choosing a new principal.

Parents are invited to share input, written or verbal, about desired characteristics, qualities, assets, skills and traits they would like to see in a principal.

School officials said that information will be used to choose a new principal for the school.
